2. Promotion of Fair and Transparent Transactions
(Legal compliance)
[1] The Takashimaya Group promotes fair and proper transactions in compliance with the Anti-Monopoly Act, public notice relating to the Designation of Specific Unfair Trade Practices by
Large-Scale Retailers Relating to Trade with Suppliers, the Act against Delay in Payment of Subcontract Proceeds, etc. to Subcontractors and other laws and regulations. It also promotes the
provision of correct information to its stakeholders by making proper and clear representations in accordance with the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, the
Food Sanitation Act and other laws and regulations.
[2] The Takashimaya Group respects the rights of holders of patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights and does not infringe any right of
third parties.
[3] The Takashimaya Group will not be involved in corruption or bribery or provide or receive any improper advantage to or from others.
[4] The Takashimaya Group complies with any laws, regulations and rules of the countries and regions where the Takashimaya Group conducts its business activities.

[5] The Takashimaya Group complies with the prefectural or municipal ordinances regarding the elimination of organized crime groups and does not make a transaction with any company related to
an organized crime group.
